Dancing your heart together

Claudia invites you all to first connect to your self, by grounding down to sense your body and breath.  Then we are directing our attention to feel the space around you, and gradually start to engage in a flowing, playful dance, spiced with surprising encounters, using pulsing rhythms and resting ankering pauses. The workshop is inspired on elements of Contact Tango.

You don’t have to be familiar with tango or contact improvisation. Just come with an open mind and readyness to enjoy yourself!

Claudia Kratzheller is passionate about Tango and love Contactimprovisation and has been dancing and teaching for many years. After a long career as a contemporary dancer, she is part of the CI-network in Amsterdam, teaches tango, yoga, works as coach/trainer and fascilitates international leadership trainings. Currently she offers two programs for women: Be your body -Be@home wherever you are and Own Your voice grom the core and speak from your pelvic floor.

Astrid Senders draait op tango-dansavonden. Bij Dans je Vrij draait ze een mix van heerlijke diverse dansmuziek. Vanavond zal ze door de avond heen ook tango-teasers draaien om je inspiratie van de workshop meteen volledig in je dans mee te nemen.
